Founded by Caroline, age 15

You're not alone. Let's figure this out together.

The Calm Collective Project is a community for kids and teens navigating anxiety — built by someone who gets it.

Our story

Why Caroline started this

Diagnosed with anxiety, ADHD, and OCD at age 5, Caroline struggled through school, missed birthday parties, and couldn't attend church. Through medication, therapy, and community, she found her way forward. Now 15, she's dedicated to making sure no kid has to figure it out alone. The Calm Collective Project is her way of giving back — and paying it forward.

"Anxiety doesn't define you. Your courage does."

Anxiety doesn't define you.

— The Calm Collective Project
