Book Caroline to speak

A 15-year-old voice changing the conversation around youth anxiety.

The speaker

Meet Caroline

Caroline is a 15-year-old high school freshman from Georgia who was diagnosed with anxiety, ADHD, and OCD at age 5. For years she struggled in silence — missing birthday parties, unable to attend church, feeling like she was the only one. Through medication, therapy, and the support of her community, she found her footing. Now she's using her story to help others find theirs.

"Animals have always been a huge part of how I cope. They don't judge you. They just love you."
